If you don't assess, you just guess. Assessment is a critical step before beginning a task. It is a way to identify weaknesses, strengths, and opportunity for success. Every fitness journey should include a baseline measure to grade outcomes. The FMS provides a way to maximize your strengths and work on your weaknesses.

This type of strength training occurs in groups of 2-6 people. Although the group exercises simultaneously, each participant is using their customized program. This program is developed following baseline assessments using the FMS and other assessment tools. The focus of this training is improving strength.
Group fitness occurs in large settings where everyone is performing the same routine. Modifications are made for participants with varying levels of fitness. We offer this service to clients that have the ability to exercise in their home. This usually occurs on a one-on-one format. Programs are designed with baseline assessments to help clients reach their fitness goals. The focus on this training can be strength and/or metabolic.
